Rail Road

Workers are using Hydro Engineering's Hydroblaster hot, high-pressure washers to detail clean this locomotive before maintenance inspection. High production drive-through wash systems don't produce the quality results obtained by trained personnel using Hydroblaster washing systems. In addition to cleaning dirt and hydrocarbon materials, Hydroblasters are widely used to remove graffiti.

Hydroblaster trailer mounted pressure washer with fresh water supply tank and wastewater recovery and treatment system including cone bottom collection tanks, oil coalescing, and solids removal. Wash waste is pumped from optional inflatable rail mats to the collection tanks. Treated wash water can be used for cleaning or simply retained for later disposal. High capacity dump valves on trailer side make disposal quick and simple.

Portable Oil Transfer Cart system features a pneumatic oil transfer pump that is compatible with a wide variety of fluids including journal, diesel or air compressor oil. The onboard 30 gallon holding tank is filled thru a large 9" diameter fill port. The system includes 8" wheels and can also be transported to the destination by lift truck. Connect to compressed air to dispense product.

Hydrofoamer is available in a wide variety of configurations. This portable version of the 2BC802 Foaming Application System is a compact, self-contained tool for application of liquid or foam solutions to surfaces. It includes a 30-gallon onboard solution tank, frame with 8" casters, dual hose reel (solution and air), control box with integral pump and solution mix controls, mixing chamber, discharge control gun, wand and nozzle.

Chemical mix systems provide precision chemical mixing in a variety of flow rates and ratios. Using the properly mixed solution helps protect users and equipment while controlling costs. The UPR - CMS1 is connected to a large chemical concentrate bulk tank and a water source. Chemical resistant pumps meter the water and concentrate at precise rates through a mixing chamber and into a pressurized holding tank that supplies foam applicators or other processes.
