Skid steer drive in clean out trays can be added to any Hydropad above ground steel containment wash rack. Solids and wash water flow from wash rack surface into the Hydropad side gutter and then into the drive in clean out tray. A series of weirs provide settling for solids which can be periodically removed via a skid steer.

This Hydropad wash pad has a 4' high wall that provide the perfect backboard for wash rack surface cleaning. In this application, solids including grass are washed from the wash rack towards the wall. The liquid and solids flow from the wash pad surface corregations into the side gutter where flip screens are installed to separate the fines from the wash water .

No more plugged drains or sumps. This entire wash rack is installed above ground. Steel above ground wash racks for turf applications provide a remarkably easy solution for meeting environmental waste water collection and control requirements. Wash water and debris travels via parallel channels in the impervious corrugated Hydropad top to a side gutter. The unique in gutter flip screens filter grass and debris while allowing wash water to pass into the gutter. Wash water flows to a sump attached to the side gutter where it is pumped by an integral sump pump to a collocated wash water filtration system. The wash water can be filtered and recycled to the wash process or sent to a sanitary sewer.
