Wash Racks Historically, all types of vehicles and equipment have been washed on a surface made of concrete with in-ground collection pits; the alternative is an above ground steel wash rack. A concrete equipment wash rack requires architectural design, PE stamps, building permits and bids from contractors to build the wash rack. Once the construction of the concrete wash rack is completed, it becomes a permanent fixture. Hydro Engineering's patented Hydropad above ground equipment wash racks do not require; an architectural design, permitting or construction of any kind. Hydropad instant wash racks are equipment and not a capital construction project. An above ground wash rack can be moved when required.

The system is comprised of only two units; the Hydropad portable wash rack system and its very compact washing and wastewater recycling system. Together these units make up the entire system. The Trough At The End Of The Pad System Receives The Wastewater And Dirt. It acts like the rain gutter on your roof--water and contaminants are drained off the pad surface directly into the gutter. The Hydropad's™ unique patented design includes a Trough that collects all wastewater containing; mud, gravel, stones, grease, oil and soaps arising from the cleaning process. |

All You Need Is A Shovel The compact wash rack system has a two-foot wide gutter located at the end. Its flip-up lid exposes the dirt and sludge for easy cleanout with any standard shovel. No high tech equipment required here. Biodigesters bacterial product is automatically dosed into the system, eliminating odor and reducing the sludge. This unique bacterial and enzyme product consumes the organic chemicals and contaminants found in wash water from cleaning equipment. Bioreaction takes place, consuming these contaminants naturally. Recycled water odor is eliminated and filter system's maintenance is reduced. |
