Stand Alone above ground Oil Coalescing and Skimming Systems

Why Oil Coalescing and Skimming?

In wastewater produced by washing, there are many uncontrolled contaminants that can be introduced into the wastewater. For instance, the washing may require a spraying with an engine solvent like Gunk. The resulting oil, grease and solvent mixture produces emulsified hydrocarbons. Our “Stand Alone” oil coalescing and skimming systems will coalesce (bring together) these very small droplets of emulsified oil for removal by a programmable oil skimmer. Oil is then deposited into the container of your choice for simple disposal.

These oil coalescing and skimming systems can be integrated into any pre-treatment or reclaim system.
