There
are more Hydrokleen CFS3 filtration systems in screen
printing shops around the world than any other filtration
system, why? It’s simple and it works.
The CFS3 is
an all stainless steel system that filters wastewater
down to 20 microns nominal. Two stainless steel classifier
screens that are reusable and a disposable bag filter
provide filtration to sewer acceptable levels.
Built for the
small printer reclaiming up to 40 T-shirt sized screens
per day.

The CMAFU-2
Filters to 5 microns nominal without changing filters
We've been providing
screen printers with wastewater filtration and recycling
systems since 1986. The CMAFU is the workhorse of the
Hydrokleen line. It accepts up to 10 gpm and filters
the wastewater to lower levels than most bag filter
systems.
No filters to
change here, the CMAFU is automatic. As the filter media
(paper) becomes plugged it automatically advances. Spent
paper drops off into a container for simple disposal.
Just run it through your dryer and in the trash it goes,
like a misprint.
If you can change
a toilet paper roll you can maintain this Hydrokleen
unit.

The HE/3000 Reclaiming

The Hydrokleen
ACF3 removes solid contaminants, heavy metals and chemical
residue generated from the reclaiming process. The ACF3
is a dual polishing loop system that first fiilters
the wastewater down to less than one micron with Hydrolite
media and then through sub-micron filtration using specialized
activated carbon. The purified water is sent back for
recycling to your Hydroblaster screen reclaiming pressure
.
Our Hydrolite
filter media comes prepackage in single use bags simplifying
filter recharges. The specialized activated carbon is
changed only as required.
Low initial

Ink Wash Recycling System

The SRT
Saves You Money
With the SRT
you can filter and recycle your ink wash. Think of it,
this is the chemical salesman’s secret. Don’t use your
ink wash just once! Recycle and reuse it. Recycle one
time and you have saved 50% on your chemical. Use it
ten times and save 90%.
The SRT not
only recycles the ink wash fluid, it sends it back to
your washout booth under pressure through a brush for
quick cleaning. Small, light and on wheels it will roll
right under your washout sink.
