Bioreaction in Carwash Reclaim Systems
Our bioreactor systems
can be easily integrated into any carwash reclaim system.
Bioreaction removes
contaminants from wastewater that other types of filtration
will not. They include organic based (biodegradable) soaps,
waxes, degreasers and many other forms of organic waste found
in these systems.
Using Hydro-Biodigesters
bacterial products the biological and biochemical reactions
created in the Bioreactor break down contaminants and consume
them, leaving only carbon dioxide and water.

This medium-flow
reactor can be a supplement to any filtration system. The bioreactor
digests organic chemicals like soaps, wax, and hydrocarbons.
230 gallon Bioreactor
Capacity: 30 cubic feet of biomass
Use: Multiple tunnel, (friction) automatics and hand-held
carwashes. Removes emulsified oils and grease from engine
cleaning and unauthorized dumping.
