High Pressure Screen Reclaiming, Turned Automatic

 

In 1980 Hydro Engineering Inc. set the standard when we introduced 3000 PSI reclaiming to the Screen Print industry. Screen printers immediately started saving money on labor, chemicals and other related costs.

A side benefit emerged with high-pressure reclaiming, where all of the contaminants (ink and emulsion) removed from the screen by high pressure come off in a solid form. As a solid these contaminants can easily be removed from the waste stream by mechanical filtration methods sending purified water to the sanitary sewer.
High-pressure reclaiming also allows wastewater to be recycled. This is crucial for those printers that are not on a city sewer system (sanitary sewer). Chemicals and contaminants from the reclaiming process can kill a septic system, allowing the drain field to plug up and ground water contamination to exist.

The ARS Roll-over System

The ARS Roll-over version

Just like the automatic carwash where you wash your car, you drive in and park and the carwash does the work. The ARS roll-over design holds the screen stationary, then its cleaning head passes over the screen, doing all of the work.

Compact and powerful, this ARS system can be placed with zero clearance on each side allowing you to install it almost anywhere.

Like our conveyor version this ARS cleans both sides simultaneously, removing the pressure washer gun from your employee's hands.

The Automatic Reclaiming System (ARS) Conveyor

The ARS is also available in a conveyor version.

Our conveyor version allows you to run one screen after another through, non-stop making automatic reclaiming even faster.

Like our roll-over version this ARS cleans both sides simultaneously removing the pressure washer gun from your employee's hands.

The ARS Hydroblaster Power Unit

Our high-pressure power unit may be located anywhere you can reach the ARS cleaning system by pipe or hose.

With the power unit remotely located, all connections to the cleaning system are easily run. High-pressure pipe or hose transfers the water and low voltage controls (24 volt) allow the operator to turn the power unit on and off as required.

The ARS power unit is sized to meet the requirements of the cleaning heads within the ARS screen-cleaning system.


  
     

ARS Screen Degreasing and Drying System

This single-head automatic degreasing machine for screen printing completely cleans a screen every 12 seconds. The screens come out totally dry and ready for re-coating.
