Aviation Maintenance's Bridge to the Future

5/3000GHOTT/AWS AGSE Approved Aircraft Wash System

This specially Designed unit has unmatched capabilities, 3 soldiers can wash at once with the Hydroblaster 5/3000GHOTT/AWS

The 5/3000GHOTT/AWS
Aircraft Washing System

Designed in cooperation with AGSE, the 5/3000GHOTT/AWS is the safest, toughest aircraft washing systems available!

The AWS is designed with dual hot water washing and chemical delivery wands allowing up to 3 soldiers to wash simultaneously.

It’s tandem axle configuration with 525 gallon water tank, dual 30 gallon chemical tanks, spare storage, and four hose reels make this a fully self contained unit.

Dual high pressure hose reels mounted on the curbside allow easy access to the control panel during start up and shut down sequences. Gun and wand assemblies are stored in holsters provided adjacent to the hose reels.

All moving parts are conveniently located in a lockable stainless steel enclosure, out of the weather and safe from tampering.

Inside the stainless steel enclosure is the heart of the machine; its water cooled diesel engine is designed for the temperature extremes found in the field, belt driven triplex plunger pump is simple to service and rebuild, maintenance free gel cell battery and coolant reservoir.

Duel fuel tanks feed the engine and burner system. This allows maintenance personnel to use fuel additives that may be designed only for use with the diesel engine or the oil fired burner.

Located at the rear are a full compliment of useful features; dual 30 gallon soap tanks, dual hose reels feeding the chemical application systems, spare parts and cleaning equipment supplies.

The AGSE spares kit includes everything the operator requires to complete the mission.

The AWS was designed to meet all mission requirements with ease of use in the forefront. Its central control panel includes; engine start/stop, emergency kill switch, burner temp., soap pre-spray system and chemical selection controls. Hour meter, charging system and low engine oil light.

The Hydroblaster AWS trailer system has a CAD designed and stress modeled framework of 3, 4, and 6” steel. Its fully welded structural steel frame has integrated mounting points for every item the AWS includes.

Shown here the AWS features an integrated chemical bucket mounting kit, hand brake and lifting eyes.

The Hydroblaster AWS is so well balanced the tongue weight is only 465 lbs (with or without water). Here the HMMWV hitch ground height is 29.5”, our unique lunette eye hitch will accommodate height changes from 18” to 31” while the trailer remains level.

Our quick-lock lunette eye, multi position hitch, allows the AWS to be pulled by most vehicle assets.

Double hung “A” frame supports the hitch assembly and provides stable towing even at high speed. Safety chains, full height trailer jack, lifting eyes and D.O.T. lighting is all included in the AWS

The AWS is provided with an emergency safety brake actuator, electric brakes on both axels and MIL Spec lighting plug.

The Hydroblaster 5/3000GHOTT/AWS is the clear choice of the U.S. Military. Over 300 5/3000GHOTT/ Hydroblasters are serving in the Middle East .
