Hydro Engineering Inc. Introduces New Innovations to its Hydropad Above Ground Steel Equipment Wash Racks

Historically, all types of vehicles and equipment have been washed on a surface made of concrete with in-ground collection pits; the alternative is an above ground steel wash rack.

Concrete equipment wash pads require architectural design, PE stamp, a building permit and bids from contractors to build the wash rack. Once the construction of the concrete wash rack is completed, it becomes a permanent fixture.

The Hydrobay System

 

 

The Hydrobay can be set in place and operational fast anywhere within your plant. Here you're viewing a complete paint prep system that includes;

A Hydropad portable wash pad with side walls, a Hydrokleen water filtration and recycling system and a Hydroblaster pressure washer.

This system is used for phosphatizing (acid washing), of parts prior to painting. It has been set in place between production completion and the paint booth.

Recycled or Fresh Water - You Choose

There are many ways to use a Hydrobay, both for washing and containment. Coupled with a pre-treatment or recycling system, the Hydrobay portable indoor wash rack is the best environmentally-friendly choice you can make.

This unit is a total recycle system. Its Hydroblaster is designed to operate with a remote control On/Off station that controls the incoming water. It allows the operator a choice of washing with reclaimed (recycled) water and then rinsing with fresh water.

 

     

The Equipment Of Choice

 

 

Hydropad, Hydrokleen and Hydroblaster

Hydro Engineering Inc manufactures a special Hydroblaster for this application. Water is captured on the Hydropad and sent to the Hydrokleen wastewater filtration/recycling system where it is continually cleaned and made available for recycling. The Hydroblaster is also capable of a final rinse with fresh water, with just the turn of a switch on its remote control station.

Biodigesters are automatically added to insure not only odor-free recycled water, but pathogen-free and safe recycled water.

There is no drain or sewer required with this system. Any excess water is stored in a tank for use as makeup water when required.
