Set in place and connected up in just two hours, this 20' x 32' long pad system is ready to wash on.

The state of the art filtration and recycling system settles out solids, filtering them to1 or 5 microns nominal, Hydro-Biodigesters eliminates the odors, and polishing out of hydrocarbons, and heavy metals, than returns the recycled wastewater back to the Hydroblaster. It's all automatically maintained by its PLC controller.

Its done! In just 3-1/2 hours the reclaim equipment, Hydropads and Hydroblaster are ready for action. Just drop the ramps in place and start washing.

Hydro Engineering Inc. Introduces New Innovations to its Hydropad Above Ground Steel Equipment Wash Racks.

Historically, all types of vehicles and equipment have been washed on a surface made of concrete with in-ground collection pits; the alternative is an above ground steel wash rack.

Concrete equipment wash pads require architectural design, PE stamp, a building permit and bids from contractors to build the wash rack. Once the construction of the concrete wash rack is completed, it becomes a permanent fixture.

Gutter Cleaning

The Hydropads™ unique patented design includes a “Gutter System” that collects all wastewater containing; mud, gravel, stones, grease, oil and soaps arising from the cleaning process. These are cleaned out in many ways.
