Our Hydroblaster
TS225 Trailer for Pressure Washing

| The TS225, single
axle trailer is perfect for towing with smaller vehicles;
its 225 gallon water tank is centered over the trailer axles
like our other trailers for pressure washing. This maintains
a constant tong weight regardless of how much water is in
the tank. This unit shows our GHO, hot water, high pressure
Hydroblaster with full stainless steel enclosure. |
TT425 Tandem Axle

| This tandem axle
trailer is set up for extreme pressure washing with it's 425
gallon tank, 5 GPM 5000 PSI diesel engine driven pumping system. The
high pressure and inlet water hose reels are mounted on the
rear allowing the operator to stretch the hoses directly out
the rear of the unit. It’s 60” wide track allows you to pull
it with any size truck and still see past the sides. |

This is a TT325
trailer, rated 5,000 GVW and includes a 325 gallon water tank,
13" rims, front jack, DOT lighting, 2" ball hitch with dual
safety chains.
TT475 is similar with
these upgrades: 7,000 GVW rated, 15" tires, 2 5/16" ball hitch
and a 475 gallon water tank.

Portable Trailer
Mounted Wastewater Collection and Washing
Need a portable place
to clean smaller items like down hole drilling bits? This
beauty is just the ticket. Wastewater collection takes place
in the wash platform mounted on the rear of this trailer.
All contaminated water is stored in the rear water tank for
testing and disposal. Fresh water in the front tank feeds
the Hydroblaster mounted on front.

This unit features a 500-gallon tank
on an 80-inch wide track trailer, three chemical tanks and
hose reels. The Hydroblaster GHGV features a fully enclosed
pump and motor system, full instrumentation and is certified
to UL-1776 for all uses. |

Need A Trailer
With Two Machines?
This customer needed
a 10-gallons per minute, 3000-psi cold-water washer and wanted
to split the flow when required. For less money and added
redundancy we provided him with two machines capable of 5-gpm
and 3000 psi. Hooked together it gives them the 10-gpm they
needed and separate they have two guns running 5-spm, just
what they wanted. If one machine is down for service they
are still in business.
Then add two electric hose reels with
500 feet of hose on each and you can wash anywhere! Two men
working gets the job done twice as fast. |

When you need 10
GPM split between two guns allowing two men to work, having
two pressure washers instead of one large machine makes sense.
If you have only one pressure washer and it goes down your
out of business.
With this system each
pressure washer produces 5 GPM of hot water, you can also
combine the flow and produce 10 GPM through one gun.

Lets start
with the basic trailer. Structural steel frame fully
protected with epoxy primer and urethane paint. Properly
rated suspension and components. Steel frame mounting
points for all Hydroblaster pressure washers and steam
cleaners. Load balanced to optimize towing characteristics.
On the left
is a TS125 trailer, rated at 2,500 GVW. It includes
a 125 gallon water tank, 13" rims, front jack, DOT approved
lighting, and a 2" ball hitch with dual safety chains.
The TS225 is similar with these upgrades: 3,500 GVW
rated, 15" tires, and a 225 gallon water tank.
On the right
is our TT525 trailer, rated at 7,000 GVW, 15" tires
and a 525 gallon water tank, front jack, DOT lighting
with electric or hydraulic brakes on both axles.
For the really
big jobs our TT1000 with its 1,000 gallon water tank
and space for up to two Hydroblaster pressure washers
is the largest on the market.
