Portable wash pad and recycling systems

Times are changing for rental yards, you can no longer wash out doors and let the water run across the ground, in to the ditch and down the river.  The Clean Water Act is aggressively being enforced and you may be their next target.

We can help!  Our complete washing, containment and recycling systems are delivered ready to set up.  Installation generally takes just hours, not days or weeks.  If your needs change it can be easily moved.

First pick your Hydropad system, this is done based on the size of the equipment you will be washing.

Hydropad's connect together and will form any size wash pad.  Wastewater collection gutters can be placed on either side or even down the center.

Second, pick your recycling system, we generally start with solids/liquid separation unit called the CMAFU-2.

This unit acts like a cartridge filter (like the air cleaner on your car) but it never has to be changed.  As filter paper is used the conveyor automatically replaces it.

Next, choose a multi-stage filtration unit, we usually recommend an HE/5000 or HE/7000.

Both have oil coalescing and skimming systems and a dual or single polishing loop with filter media(s) that remove hydrocarbons and fine particulates.

Last, pick your washing equipment,  we recommend an electric powered hot water washing like our EHGV that runs on natural or Lp gas.

Remember, the more powerful the washer the faster you can finish cleaning.
