The system is comprised of only two units; the Hydropad portable wash rack system and it's very compact washing and wastewater recycling system

Together these units make up the entire system. That right, no complicated and expensive equipment in this EPA compliant package. Wash, Collect and Recycle, that's all it takes.

Set it down, hook it up and you're washing! You can wash almost anything, if it will fit on the wash pad you can wash it. Various pad sizes are available; 8' x 8', 10', 12', 14', 16' and 20'. .

What Could Be Easier Than One Button Operation?

Turn on the main power (disconnect) and leave it on. This is provided for use when maintenance is required. The start/stop button is the only user interface to operate this system. Just hit the button and start washing. If you forget to shut it down the washing system will turn itself off. How easy is that?

The Trough At The End Of The Pad System Receives The Wastewater And Dirt.

It acts like the rain gutter on your roof, water and contaminants are drained off the pad surface directly into the gutter. The Hydropads� unique patented design includes a �Trough� that collects all wastewater containing; mud, gravel, stones, grease, oil and soaps arising from the cleaning process.

Cleaning the Trough is Simple

Biodigesters bacterial product is automatically dosed into the system eliminating odor and reducing the sludge. This unique bacterial and enzyme product consumes the organic chemicals and contaminants found in wash water from cleaning equipment.�Bioreaction takes place consuming these contaminants naturally.�Recycled water odor is eliminated and filter system's maintenance is reduced.
