L X 14' W Hydropad Portable Wash Pad
The only requirement for Hydropad placement
is a fairly flat surface. In this case, gravel was the base
material. The gravel was leveled and the Hydropads were set
in place and connected in less than 1 hour. This Hydropad
portable wash pad system provided a 32' long X 14' wide instant
wash pad.

is power and water
Power and water is
all that is required to complete this wash site. The power
is supplied via a generator and the water was supplied via
this "Jingle Truck".
There isn't an excess of water in
Kandahar. The Hydrosite/Hydropad system not only provides
for mulitple operators to wash simultaneously, but the patent
pending Hydropad design captures the wash water so that it
can be re-used. The filtration equipment inside the Hydrosite
cleans the water and processes it to a water supply tank where
the reclaimed water is re-used by Hydroblasters in the wash
process.

In the case of
Kandahar, our patent pending rolling rain
tarp is used to keep the blowing dust off the wash pad when
it isn't being used.
In a wet environment, covering the pad eliminates the
requirement of filtering and disposal of rain water. Its just
like having an awning over your entire wash pad!

Washing Made Simple!
What a tool! The dump truck shown has
been hauling dirt since it first landed in Kandahar. Its duty
cycle has been full and now it's time to wash. Hydroblaster
pressure washers provide the instrument for cleaning, the
Hydropads collect the wash water and easily handle this heavy
load, the Hydrokleen filtration system removes solids, oils
etc from the water and stores it to be re-used in the Hydroblaster.
This equipment is unlike anything available.....IT WORKS AND
WORKS WELL!

On These Portable Wash Pads
Even the lightest Hydropads
can handle 6000 lbs per square foot. The Hydropads here can
handle up to 15,000 lbs per square foot (30 tons per axle)!
