Ultra High Pressure jetting and cutting equipment

Ultra high pressure (30-60K) jetting and cutting equipment produces wastewater often times requiring pre-treatment for discharge to sanitary sewer or recycling.

Separation of liquids and solids

Solids / liquid separation in high pressure jetting and cutting applications is key. These operations produce high quantities of particulate matter that must be removed from the water.

Contaminants are trapped by the filter media

All particulates from blast media and the substrate are collected by the filter media. A 100 yard roll of filter paper is automatically fed into the machine as required. Only fully used filter media is discharged from the unit into its integrated catch tray.

Simple installation

The hookup is simple; wastewater draining from the jetting equipment is directed through the CMAFU-2 where the filtration process is performed. After solids / liquid separation takes place the treated wastewater is automatically discharged from the unit.

Recycling Waste Water

When recycling is required to save water or prevent discharge to an unapproved sewer or septic system a much higher level of filtration is required to protect the Ultra High Pressure Intensifiers. Our multi-stage wastewater treatment systems are up to the task.

HE/3000 - Single polishing loop, using one filter media

ACF3 - Dual polishing loop, using two different filter media's
HE/7000 - Oil/water separator, dual polishing loop, using two different filter medias
